Shipping policy

All of our jewellery is handmade to order in the UK with great care and attention to detail. Please allow 3–4 weeks for your piece to be crafted before dispatch. Each item is individually made, ensuring your jewellery is completely unique.

UK Delivery

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is a fully tracked and insured service.

  • Delivery time: Next working day after dispatch (within the UK)

  • Cost: Free UK Shipping on orders over £100

  • Tracking: You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been shipped

USA Delivery

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked 6-7 business days. With this service the US import duty (currently 10%) is included in the shipping cost . PLEASE NOTE:  Local sales tax: this service may still collect state or local sales tax before completing delivery. This is separate from the duty already included in your shipping price.

    Please note that production times may vary slightly during busy periods. If you need your order for a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to confirm whether this can be accommodated.
